2. Product Information, Availability, and Pricing

  1. While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
  2. All prices displayed are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
  3. The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice. We will inform you if a product you have ordered is not available and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

3. Orders and Payment

  1. Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A contract for the sale of goods will only be formed when we dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  3. Payment must be made using the payment methods available on our website. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment and account information for all purchases. We do not store your credit card details; all payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We deliver within South Africa only.
  2. Delivery times are estimated to be 3–10 working days from the date of your order. These times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather conditions). We will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any such delays.
  3. The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Sterling Clothing (Pty) Ltd passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the designated courier or postal service.

5. Returns and Refunds

  1. Our returns policy is limited to products that are defective or faulty due to a manufacturing or production error. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
  2. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will confirm whether it is indeed defective.
  4. If the item is confirmed as defective, we will offer a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time and will be made via the original payment method. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved defective items.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in the condition as described in your request or if the defect is a result of misuse or damage after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Sterling Clothing (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of our products.
  2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the product in dispute.
  3. You agree to indemnify and hold Sterling Clothing (Pty) Ltd harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
